About Rebecca Larsen

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Rebecca Larsen was a pre-medicine student before transferring into the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah.

Since relocating to Los Angeles In 2004, she has worked on television’s Veronica Mars, House MD, Desperate Housewives, The Exes, and Masters of Sex.

In 2008, Rebecca played Soviet Georgian refugee Elsa in director Rob Connolly’s Our Neck of the Woods, which premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, and led to her being cast as Ukrainian mail order bride in John Thompson’s The Chosen Ones, a dark, dark comedy set to be released in 2016. Rebecca also thoroughly enjoyed playing the coy and deadly Sophia in director Kiff Scholl’s hilarious 60’s spy spoof ‘Scream of the Bikini,’ and director Insung Hwang’s tragic drama ‘Justify’ in which she stars as Abby Lombard, a troubled dominatrix on a mission to avenge her father’s gruesome murder.

Rebecca also writes, directs, and performs sketch comedy, most frequently at Sacred Fools Theatre’s Serial Killers sketch show.  She’ll be premiering a new piece June 4th, 2016 for Serial Killers at the Fringe.

Rebecca also works behind the camera as a first assistant director.  Which, admittedly, is a little odd, the whole actress/AD thing.  But why pigeonhole a gal?
